Atlas Solutions was an ad server acquired by Facebook from Microsoft in 2013 (~$100M). Used to challenge Google DoubleClick in cross-publisher ad serving + measurement. Shut down by Facebook 2018 as Facebook refocused on its owned-and-operated properties + Audience Network rather than open-web ad serving.
