Ownership: Oracle 15% / Silver Lake 15% / MGX 15% / ByteDance investor affiliates 30.1% (Dell Family Office, Susquehanna, Alpha Wave Partners, Revolution, Merritt Way, Via Nova, Virgo LI, NJJ Capital) / ByteDance retained 19.9%. 7-member majority-American board. Distinct from non-US TikTok which remains 100% ByteDance.
