Altice International (also Altice Europe) is the European telecommunications + media holding company controlled by Patrick Drahi. Distinct from Altice USA (the US-listed sister company). Owned Teads from 2017 to February 2025, when Outbrain acquired Teads from Altice for $1B+ (cash + 35M shares).
