Overview
Altice International is the European telecommunications and media holding subsidiary of Altice Group (separate from Altice USA, which spun off as a public co in 2018). Acquired Teads in 2017 for ~$307M; sold Teads to Outbrain Inc. Feb 3 2025 for $1B cash + 35M shares + ~40% equity in merged Teads Holding Co. (NASDAQ: TEAD).
