Plus Company is a Montréal-headquartered marketing services holding company majority-owned by Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and CVC Capital Partners since May 2021. The group was assembled from BlueFocus Group's divested Western agency portfolio — We Are Social, Vision7 International (which owns Cossette), Citizen Relations, Camp+King, and The Marketing Store — and operates as a creator-led, network-style alternative to the traditional Big-7 holdcos. BlueFocus retains a ~35% minority stake from the original transaction. Distinct from peer regional networks because the parent vehicle is financial (PE-backed roll-up) rather than a single legacy creative brand.
