Team Epiphany was a New York City-based integrated marketing and experiential agency founded by Coltrane Curtis and Lisa Chu. The agency built its reputation on connecting brands with multicultural, urban, and tastemaker audiences through culturally resonant campaigns that blended experiential marketing, influencer strategy, social media, and content creation. It was widely recognized for its deep roots in hip-hop, streetwear, and Black and Latino culture, making it a go-to partner for brands seeking authentic engagement with these communities. The agency worked with a broad roster of major brands across fashion, consumer electronics, spirits, automotive, and entertainment, including clients such as Beats by Dre, Pepsi, Samsung, and others. Team Epiphany distinguished itself by combining cultural intelligence with strategic marketing execution, offering services that ranged from brand strategy and creative development to event production and influencer marketing. Its founders were themselves embedded in the culture they marketed to, lending the agency a credibility that was difficult for larger, traditional agencies to replicate. In 2019, Team Epiphany was acquired by Endeavor (formerly WME-IMG), the global entertainment, sports, and content company.
