SpringServe is the umbrella brand for ALL Magnite streaming ad-tech since April 2025 (Magnite folded its Magnite Streaming product into SpringServe rather than the reverse). Originally an independent CTV ad server founded 2015 NYC, acquired by Magnite June 30, 2021 for $31M. Now combined with SpotX and native Magnite CTV under SpringServe branding.
